Sangeeta Aravind is Director of Growth and Expansion for Recruitery. She was previously Director of Talent at Insignia Ventures Partners, focusing on building and cultivating Insignia’s Human Capital Network, as well as identifying talent to drive growth for its portfolio companies. Before that, she was an Associate Director of Talent at Antler where she hired founding teams for more than five cohorts, and has more than a decade of experience in recruitment firms across industries and geographies.
